Dnata was a very poor choice as new owners. Their appointed execs simply do not understand Asian people and have little to no people skills. It's a very strange structure as obviously those that are working there are clearly doing so for the salary only. There is no passion, motivation or clear focus and very few working groups or teams that do well together. Senior management are not well respected at all.
