Working in HR means seeing a business "warts and all", and I can honestly say that DeterTech has to be the most unblemished business I have had the privilege to work in. The business is currently undergoing a lot of change due to acquisition and the merging of its UK based operations which makes for plenty of challenges. Having said this, the business handles these with open and honest dialogue with the view to improve and develop not only its operation, but also its people. Our executive team are always driving our values and empowering our teams to make decisions and drive our purpose in their unique way without fear to make mistakes and learn from them.
