There are cameras everywhere and spies who nitpick every mistake, no matter how small. Be prepared to be humiliated in front of everyone for even minor errors. Literally every single employee either has a warning, is about to be fired, or has already been fired. It's completely unfair—no matter how hard you work, it doesn't matter. You will be fired. You won’t have a life, because you’ll be expected to work all day.
