Very difficult place to onboard as new employee. You literally walk in the door and left to find your way - from getting your computer, right down to finding the Bloomberg technician for your install. The talk is all about cross-selling product but the product silos are virtually impossible to overcome. Systems are questionable at best; the firm still uses Lotus Notes as their e-mail exchange.
