Everything really. Lazy and incompetent co-workers that backstabs and pushes responsibilities, legacy systems but still trying to rush everyone to push for innovations and cancelling plans afterwards. The MVP in my team was kicked out by someone who doesn’t do any work and yet told upper management that he has no contributions.
