      Good environment for work, the company is concerned about employees' needs (work-life balance, professional goals, etc). We have a good benefit package also.

      We have the opportunity to grow, but it takes too much time. Sometimes, the performance review is conducted for people who are not involved in the same client/project, which does not seem very helpful.

      generally speaking it is a company that really feels like they care about their contractors and employees, but since its an oursourcing company it is very likely you are going to stop on a bad client.

We also understand your point regarding project stability, as working with clients in outsourcing can sometimes bring unpredictability. We are striving to minimize such situations and provide full support, including bench opportunities, if they arise.
