I started with the company as an Analyst and have since been promoted multiple times into a Senior Associate role, which speaks to the strong opportunities for growth and internal advancement. Compensation and benefits are highly competitive compared to other developers in the affordable housing industry. The culture encourages independence while still offering support when needed.

While this is understandable given the pace of growth, it can sometimes create frustration or uncertainty in day-to-day operations.
