Worst company I ever worked for. Extremely poor management in operations department, enforcing so called 'gteamization' model - technically speaking, it's a process how to create teams made of members who are willing to backstab each other just to avoid getting fired. Everything is ticket driven, they have absolutely no clue how to motivate people to be more productive, instead they are forcing people to lose time filling tickets for literally everything they do. All employees are considered the same, doesn't matter how productive or talented they are. This company is constantly losing most talented people because of the way it treats people. Everyone is spied upon using time tracker application which takes 10-minute screenshots and webcam snapshots, who doesn't obey gets instantly fired. They are running so called template-organization, everyone has predefined hourly rate and is being paid for the amount of hours he works, unless fraud prevention team doesn't stop the payment, only way to negotiate higher salary is by moving to a higher position. These guys are stuck in 2010, absolutely no will to improve operations.
