      Honestly if you’re not Mexican or an attractive female then good luck trying to make it here. The owner doesn’t care about standards, and has positioned professional butt-kissers to stroke his ego, when in reality they have zero construction experience. If you’re willing to suck up then by all means this is the job for you.
