Did have a fantastic, friendly, hard working team. Shame that every single one of them got let go when the company funds neared zero - this was pre- COVID. No structure so you can pretty much do what you want The idea is good, the curriculum is great, but there is ZERO business structure. The company literally changed business direction on a month by month basis.

Company seem too good to be true? that’s because it is. If it was as successful as it claims on social media, they wouldn’t have look 20+ of their workforce go (pre-covid) leaving them as a team of 3. This is the MOST unprofessional company you can work for, 5 employees were once let go and told they were being let go in a company meeting in front of everyone. Named and told to leave in front of the entire company. Absolutely zero compassion for employees livelihood, employees are disposable, as soon as they complete the work needed at that time - gone. 20+ employees were hired and then fired within a space of a year, through no fault of their own. None of the staff that wrote the curriculum remains, meaning no one with a science background works for this company. I won’t deny the company is run by lovely people, but lovely delusional people who cannot offer you any stability or progression.
