Slightly unorganised for a consultant

It was a paycheck, some great people on staff.

High turnover, no diversity, "old boy's club" mindset. They hire people with little experience, don't train them, and let them go. If you're a white man, maybe one of the PMs will show you how it's done, otherwise there's no path for advancement. Management doesn't listen to staff.
