Vantaggi

Good company to start out with in the QA field. Will learn basic skills and terms. Always have work to do. Started having club type meetings for people with same interest.

Svantaggi

Growing company with no headroom to grow personally. Very stingy on salary. Interns get promoted before some regular employees do. Too many Korean interns go in and out of the office. Departments and teammates change often. Everything is done behind closed doors, so when some changes are made, employees are not notified ahead of time and have no say (no opinions asked) in any decision. Although in the same building, all officer positions do not associate with employees. They used to have more meetings and pep talk but after they started growing this stopped.

Vantaggi

I agree with the post from Nov 2nd in the fact that it's a good stepping stone if you have little to no experience. Learn as much of the tool and skillset they teach you. Every single person at Device Inside loves to complain about their job and how crappy the company is but they stay because they aren't getting hired elsewhere and I promise you it's not due to lack of trying. Take it for what it is and get the necessary skills it takes to get out.

Svantaggi

The inefficiency of the front office is truly alarming. I don't know how this place still operates. It markets itself as a tech company without any of the tech benefits. Old school operations: 1. working long hours means you must be working hard which anyone in the 21st century knows to be completely false and inefficient. Upwards mobility is non-existent. Because of their traditional Korean company mindset, it is extremely micro-managed, puts too much emphasis on formalities & ranks, and also operates top down. The only thought in the owners' mind is - how can I make more money off this labor? What other benefit/wage can I cut down to make more money? Oh, that's another thing, expect at least 7-10 changes in wage, policies, etc. a year.
