A good start for the careerwith best package

I cannot find any cons from this company

One of the up to date company in digital marketing sector in Kerala. Most advanced in the market in Trivandrum. Self- learn prompting to gain a lot of digital marketing skills. The company's core skills in UX, design, UI, sales and content writing helps an employee to gain digital marketing skills , making it only of its kind in the entire Technopark. They have several sub companies managed by the same staff so there are a lot of different projects for several clients.

But lacks professionalism. Certain project managers do not have effective communication skills or hold team meetings and load young or junior employees with heavy tasks and last minute deadlines which the chief executives had agreed with the clients more than a month ago. Exploiting the requirement of productive effective work during probation period , certain project managers make staff work late hours and without effective brief of work required by the clients. Family and friends run company showcases a silent fear among employees to openly express creative ideas or suggest healthy productive and timely work strategies. Male dominated work place, (despite COO being a woman) sometimes have had unhealthy working environment , compared to other corporate agencies in India, with comments on the dressing of women colleagues, open target of their personal lives through the Facebook profiles and even episodes of shouting at women staff.
