Very laid back, no dress code. The president and CTO are great people who care about the business and want it to do well. Very flexible work hours. You will learn a lot of things and work in many positions regardless of what you're hired to do eventually. Great place to learn new things and play with fun toys.

The company is heavily invested in and owned by the Devon International Group and the Owner of that company hinders Devon IT's performance and employee moral by not allowing us to do annual reviews and issue raises. He is the only sole point of disdain working for the company. Unless you are hired as a software developer there is no hope for getting a proper raise or being happy. Health insurance has been reduced in benefits and is laughable, no proper 401K either anymore.

- The coworkers are great - The office space is pretty nice - You will learn MANY useful skills here. The staff is small and you will wear many hats. It's a great stepping-stone for your career - You can wear shorts and a T-shirt to work if you desire - You can work remotely on occasion to avoid using paid time off

- Lay offs are not uncommon. - There are rarely funds for new equipment. - Management is non-existent. - Office setting is very unprofessional, you must have very thick skin and a calm composure to work here. - There are no yearly performance reviews (even though they are clearly detailed in the employee handbook). - Overtime is unpaid, and mandatory. Work-life balance is tough. - High Talent leaves the door frequently, and there is no attempt to retain it. - Benefits are lower than average (there is no 401k match, 7 holidays, and only 15 days of combined PTO)
