      While at Devon Properties -Starlight, I encountered several challenges that impacted my overall satisfaction with the work environment and company culture—specifically a lack of support from management, unclear communication, inadequate training, etc.]. Despite my efforts to address these concerns through open communication and feedback, I found it difficult to see meaningful changes implemented. This lack of responsiveness and support from leadership further contributed to my dissatisfaction and ultimately influenced my decision to seek opportunities elsewhere.
