The majority of roles advertised are on temporary contracts. It felt like the few young people in the company had no job security or longevity so it was hard to feel like you’re doing something worthwhile knowing it is coming to an end soon. In a way that’s a compliment to how good the environment is that people want to stay.

Serving your community and having a great team.

Moral is terrible. Managers with no real world experience in people management. Compete lack of understanding when it comes to mental health issues.
