As soon as I was without a suitable project they asked me to sign a resignation document. I didn't feel much effort from them to find me a new project. And a 2 minute search on google would yield hundreds of possible projects. My previous company was a lot more focused on finding suitable projects and when they could not they just game me an internal project. And Devoteam was boasting all over social networks how it made more than 1 billion the previous year. Surely they would not starve because of one developer without a project for a couple of months.
