Working as a Member Service Guide at Devoted has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. The mission isn't just something on a wall, we truly treat our members like our own family, and that member-first mentality drives every decision we make. I love that the leadership here stays lean and focused on execution, which means less time dealing with big company bureaucracy and more time actually solving problems for the people who need us. The pace is definitely fast, and you have to be prepared for a steep learning curve since healthcare is so complex. It requires high energy and a real commitment to staying sharp for our members.
