Been in the industry many years (insurance), where it can get pretty stale, set in ways, restrictive to change...not at Devoted! Things are constantly changing and being evaluated to see what's working or not, where changes should be make in processes, etc.

Benefits could be a little better (add a 401K match and Tuition reimbursement), but not too much of a complaint since the company pays for the health insurance, stock options, and generous vacation time.
