We take our internal culture very seriously and do whatever we can to make working at Devoted a delightful experience. I’m sorry to hear that your experience with each of these has been less than optimal.
We regret to hear of your experience with our management team. We understand that effective management is crucial to your work experience. We have processes in place to evaluate and enhance our management practices. We are committed to providing our managers with the tools and resources they need to support their teams effectively.
Currently, we are in hyper growth and as a result, our policies and procedures do change frequently to make sure we are compliant and attentive to member needs and wants. As a growing company in a highly regulated environment, we do have high expectations and standards which is why there is frequent change.
While it’s our mission to make sure that our members are cared for and treated like family, it’s also our mission to make sure we’re reflecting the best care and attention to our internal teams as well.
