The company works quite efficiently and the staff and executives are great! I was treated very well at Dewey and was compensated very fairly. I've worked for a few other summer sales companies and I look back at Dewey as one of my best experiences.

When I worked there, the only downside was the paperwork, which is minuscule in comparison to the benefits of working here.

Easy job if you can handle the swings from management in this company. Expect new upper management every year and new lower management on a regular basis

A lot of time is wasted by meetings, office talk. Commissions is how to make money, a lot of customers will cancel because of office/ company issues you can’t control
