Rapid growth is taxing on resources, some teams work too hard, some areas are not fully staffed yet to support the expansion, there is a short opportunity to learn one's job due to business needs, leadership needs to be better prepared to manage change, real or perceived favoritism and nepotism are noted in some areas. Compensation and incentive plans are lacking, and ineffective.

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much.
