Thank you for sharing your feedback on working at Dexcom. I'm glad you see the value of the product and its impact on our patients. However, I disagree with your assertion that our pay practices are influenced by gender. We regularly review total compensation so that our top performers are paid appropriately for their high performance. We are also committed to a diverse workforce, and take great efforts to ensure pay differences reflect appropriate work-related factors.
