They are very contradicting to their employees. There’s no hands on training unless you force your way by asking if you can do something over and over until hey get annoyed with you and finally let you do something or you’re put on a task that has nothing to do with the production of the device. They’ll have you put tape on tables to keep you busy because they don’t want to train you. If this will be your first manufacturing job THIS IS NOT FOR YOU be you will not obtain the skills you need to learn. There’s so many other bad things I could say but that’s what comes to mind.
