Everybody covering their own a55. Salaries are low. 401k matching is a meager 2%. Managers too afraid to defend their own teams. Very low accountability. Archaic document control methods. For a company in the healthcare business you would think they would care more for their employee's health and provide a real, competitive health insurance. Expect to pay up the wazoo for healthcare.
