-My Supervisor was very understanding and supportive of her team
-My coworkers and peers were outstanding - they helped whenever you had a question and was very welcoming
-The leads were outstanding as well and were easy to come to for help

-The stress level you can get from the amount of people in the Queue and the customers become too high
-There are a lot of things that need to be improved in terms of the business model
-As a CSR, you cannot solve everything on your own. It requires a lot of communication with other reps on different teams

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
