There is no proper management of performance evaluation. There is no grooming of employees by the company. There is no work life balance. They will fire you immediately the next day without any notice period. The management , project manager and architects will ruin your career. They have lots of hidden policies like once you join the company, then you can't attend an interview for any other companies, they had these policies with other companies. So once you leave or they terminate then you may have a 3-4 month career gap. Companies don't have any loyalty and ethics to their employees. There are lots of office politics from the senior/management teams to the other employees. One day they will break your heart with any kind of poor decision or unparliamentary word by management teams. They will lock you in a room until you complete the task.
