No corporate culture. it is like govt. college and cowshed Manger Jayanth is not an innovative person. not even know advanced technolgies. Management & Admin playing cheap admin tricks,blackmailing ,threatening to hold the employees either compensation way & other way . they don't have board thinking because they don't know any thing about corporate IT business & Culture. simply they know mediating , consulting other brokerage. Moreover we can easily get job in Dhanush Infotech if you're ready for doing job very cheap compensation. Please whoever want to join Dhanush Infotech , wait for better opportunity. don't waste your career and don't invest your mental stress. I strongly recommend Staying back at home with jobless is better than doing job like slave.
