Horrible work environment - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso DiCon Fiberoptics

Soul crushing. Just a horrible morbid sterile work environment.. Very low staff morale, everybody kept to themselves and pretty much worked in isolation from everyone around them. Insane levels of micro management and manipulation. No real career development, no positive management. You're a number, not a person. No reward or appreciation for a job well done while conversely, anything remotely wrong is pinpointed and highlighted to excess. The only job i have ever had where i pulled sick days just to avoid going into that hell hole.
