Senior management keeps pushing to hit unrealistic targets and forcing action that is doing long-term harm to business Culture of keeping the status quo, resistant to change. Easier to do nothing say nothing and stay unnoticed. Work life balance is non-existent in some teams Sales driven, not marketing driven company Every market does their own thing so a lot of complexity IT systems are terrible, difficult to get basic numbers Talks about valuing and training people but doesn't deliver. There is zero role transition.

The workplace lacks diversity as defined, and the hiring representatives are typically the same floor leads that micromanage peers creating unfair hiring process at Diageo. Many individuals who have encountered the corrupt practices lead reps in previous jobs are frequently denied opportunities.
