Lead generation and sales is part of an associate’s day-to-day job along with research, client and expert communication among others. In regards to our salary and working hours, we strive to provide our people with a competitive compensation, bonus scheme and health & wellbeing benefits packages. To do so we constantly evaluate our packages in comparison to other employers in the area as well as our industry.
