Only need to have basic entry level maintenance skills to get hired.

Working for this company is very short term. They will dock your pay 15 minutes if they suspect you haven’t been working. They won’t pay you a second of overtime but expect you to eat it if the job does go overtime. There are no breaks in place and you will be asked to take your lunch while driving to your next job. Weekly meetings consist of them trying to condition the techs into thinking something great is coming only if we can achieve the mathematically impossible 800 billable hours in the field. That’s never been done by the way. They spew out numbers that nobody questions about how much sense it doesn’t make. If you do question it, now your the “disgruntled employee”.! Not sure if anyone ever gets a raise. They come up with any random thing as to why they won’t. You’re putting your car through serious wear and tear because your suppose to haul around a truck full of tools as it’s required. Doesn’t stop the CEO from making a mint off your back will tossing you peanuts. Makes no point to work fast or hard as they will just pile more and more work on you. If you let them work you into overtime with out being paid… they will. Don’t expect any benefits soon. You gotta be there nine months before it’s offered! They got the whole scam down taking advantage of the less intelligent and selling them dreams but… these guys buy it sooooo… why not right? No paid holidays and if you get Covid you won’t be paid. Just a joke all the way around.
