      They paid hefty amount as a contractor and a lot of overtime which was necessary for this startup. Other than that very good team.

      Micromanagement was a lot in the company, due to which SW or Tester will miss something and we need to do it again.

      Supportive leadership with a structured 30-60-90 day plan Welcoming culture where collaboration is genuinely practiced Although this company is a start-up Diality has a great opportunity to learn new systems and expand skill sets. One thing that I enjoy are the Lunch & Learning sessions that encourage growth. Team members are respectful, humble, and eager to share knowledge of new developments.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the office space. As our team continues to grow, we recognize the importance of ensuring our work environment scales with us.       I liked my manager, and also the people I worked with. It’s a startup but it’s got the pillars in place. I also enjoyed the efforts the organization makes to keep employees connected.

      Diality lacks clear strategy. While it’s true that startup organizations move fast, and are more willing to take risks, but in a regulated environment, one needs to be more thoughtful.
