When trips aren't scheduled, you are able to work in the warehouse to make your full time hours. The company is always looking for ways to keep employees engaged, and keep the atmosphere fun. People who show initiative to learn more roles and work hard are rewarded, if not monetarily, with recognition.

Some roles in the warehouse can get tedious.

Remote work, flexible schedule, reasonable compensation.

Lack of transparency, poor communication. Lack of onboarding program, no G2M collaboration or innovation on integrating AI capabilities.
