There aren't any. Everything is negative.

There are many: ----------------------- -Lack of good projects -Lack of professionalism -Salaries are not on time. -No focus on the core business i.e. IT. But focus on other things -The company is in loss for the past few years. -Company's financial health is worse -Full & Final settlements are defaulted even after the employee leaves the company. There are many whose Full & Final is pending even after years of leaving the organization.
