Would suggest to look into employee welfare. Always received threats of getting loss of pay if target wasn’t achieved even on the first month of joining job. Received salary almost 2 week late for the days I worked for since I took leave during the time I was affected by Covid. Should look into exit management process as well. They followed me up continuously for exit interview process but they Took so many days send my payslip even after repeated calls/e-mails. Had to contact the head HR to receive them.
