Very demanding physically, they will rush people on training and expect you to be an expert by the end of it, they are not transparent on where you are on progress with training, they will train you 1000 different ways to do things but expect you to know one way only, very cliquey/highschoolish vibe with the team (you will feel like an outsider unless you're a yes-man), don't exceed to well or else people will sabotage you because of what they are lacking, you have to deal with people who smoke, are drunk, and have no manners (more than the average fast food job). Very loud environment (you will get overstimulated every single shift).
