Adding to the above 2 very accurate reviews of this organisation. Be prepared for an "everyone for themselves" environment. There are no cohesion in the organisation. Follow procedures to the dot and point fingers when things go wrong. Company does not want to spend anything in upgrading systems. Internal system is now a band aid solution upon band aid solution. Multiple work around in place and employees are expected to put up with very manual processes as this is the cheapest way for the company. Everyone wants to do the minimum, management does not care as long as someone is doing the work and they are getting their fat bonuses. If you ever try to help, you'll end up doing everything yourself even if it's not really your job.
