The company is currently facing financial challenges and has started offering severance packages to some employees, while also hiring talent from countries such as India and Portugal where labor costs are lower. 2. Individual contributions and strong performance are not always recognized, which can feel discouraging. 3. There is no clear plan or structure in place for career development. 4. Promotions are highly dependent on the company’s financial situation, meaning even top performers may not see career progression during difficult times. 5. Increased responsibility does not always come with promotions, which can make growth feel limited. So, you will do always the same things. 6. Since English is the primary working language, there are few opportunities to practice or improve German in daily work.
