The company provides all the tool and support you could want to achieve your goals. As a talent acquisition specialist you operate with as much autonomy as you like and are trusted to accomplish your targets without a manager hovering over you. My manager was always looking for ways to help me move into higher level roles and was excited for me when earned a promotion into a management role. In my office there is only one window and my back is to it, sunny days during the summer I just want to feel the sun! Also the office can be a little cool in the winter time, nothing a nice sweater can't fix though. Really the only con with this position is that you have to dedicate a lot of time, this could mean 10-12 hour days however the more time and energy you put in the more money you make. I think it’s a pretty good trade off.
