Where lack of training exist, team support and guidance makes up for, so if self motivation is considered a negative then Digdev may not be the fit for an entry level employee. Experience in this environment is the best teacher, and others may not thrive in such an environment. The benefit package could be much more competitive considering the size of the company and its growth potential. Medical and dental are the only offerings.

The people. You work with a great group of guys (and girls). The CEO (Mike) knows his stuff. He's extremely helpful too. The General Manager, Semmie, became my best friend. He provides you with all the tools, knowledge, and assistance to be successful. And lastly, the owners are cool as hell. It's not a micromanaged office at all, they pay you to do a job, as long as you get the job done, they can care less what you do (as long as you're not hurting the company in any way). They run the company like a family. If worst comes to worst, tough love may be necessary, but they give you all the opportunity in the world to do well. Even though I'm no longer employed there, I still go back every once in a while to say hi to everyone at the office.

The only con of working here is the fact that you're selling a product that a lot of people don't want. Sales jobs are easy when people are inquiring about a product that you're selling. When people want what you have. In this case, essentially selling email, building your book of business can be rough. However, they do give you all the tools and assistance that you need to be successful... If you can find your flow on the phones, you'll be in good shape.
