Bad boss, bad attitude towards staff, staff is not treated as what they deserved for. Staff leave at a rate of 3-4 per month, and the boss intends to hire intern and treat them like full time employee. The employer doesn't offer over time payments for interns even though they are requested to stay until 11pm.

Decent working environment with kitchen and toilet in the office

Boss never respects employees. Fulltime staffs have always been humiliated by boss. Projects were always going without any plan. Staffs were being exploited.
