Terrible management. Toxic management. Low-experienced management that will blame employees for mistakes. Favoritism from management to certain employees. Terrible job planning. Cuts corners on costs for correct equipment and parts for jobs. Will force employees to "figure it out" when they make mistakes. Bad install and maintenance techniques. Will lie to clients about product capabilities and expect technicians to smooth the situation over with clients. You will be ostracized by the employee "clicks" if you don't fit their ideological views. Some of these employees are friends with upper management and will have their ears about you.
