It’s important that employees like yourself are able to give honest feedback on the organization not only organization for leaders to see but also for future employees. We love to see that, in your two years with the company, you would rate us with five stars and recommend it as an employer, the leadership and the business outlook. We also appreciate that you note the work-life balance as a pro for the company. We work pretty hard to ensure employees not only are challenged but that they also have time and resources to take care of themselves and their families. We have put a lot of effort into benefits packages that support this. Thank you for noting good coworkers as a pro, also! We try to get the best people who make collaboration and execution exciting. And many of the pros that you noted are being championed by our new leadership, so we’re happy to see you recognize that as a positive. I have loved my team and manager since day 1. I stay because DigiCert continues to provide me with professional development opportunities. I began as a file clerk and now manage a team doing complex operational efficiency work. They supported me through an MBA and each year I take at least one course and attend at least one industry event to help expand my skill and reach. The pay is average, BUT when you add in the value of the above-average benefits, the total remuneration package is great.

DigiCert is owned by Private Equity. If you have not worked for a PE portfolio company before, it means they focus solely on making money and stripping out what they deem as fluff (which I deem as retention levers, like company parties and swag).
