- It's just a small and uncivilized china firm doing illegal crypto business. They aren't really global-ready as they claimed they are because no one can spell out from A-Z correctly. So they can't even to compose a correct english sentence in communication. - If you are a western style person or just a normal person. Even if you are hired. It is so difficult for you to adopt their atmosphere because they are so unfriendly in all kinds of communication. Especially at work. The situation would be just like that they are the master. And you are treated as slave or livestock. When they feed you somethings. They're always expecting you to say a Yes. That is what China's doing - mind control. If you dare to say a No. You would be fired pretty soon. So there's no free-mind or free-speech in this china-based company. - Extremely high turnover rate due to the above. 80% of non-china IT employee would just quit in their 1st or 2nd month before the probation. So don't waste your time to join in. Unless you can take garbage as meal. Otherwise, it is not a job for human. - Low salary too. About 30% off comparing to the average rate of the same position in the market. - They would stall the customers to cashout when they earn big profit. Not a fair game. Be careful before to consider their offers or their cryptocurrency services. They are very nasty.

No pros, except for location (Irvine is nice and safe)

1. Toxic Manager without any boundry. Poor company management. The US manager will ask you to weed for his own house, even sometimes on weekends. They do not know how to how to retain talent people. Hire New Grads with low pay but expected you to be 5-yr+ experienced worker, if not meet their expectations, you will be fired. 2. Poor compensation. 5 day PTO with suprised income 25% cut. The company has chinese division, and the way they make it equal between US Dept and Chinese Dept is to cut the benefit in the US Dept. 3. Laid off people willingly. No signal. The CEO just lay off people he doesn't like. Discriminate people simply because manager likes/dislikes you. 4. SDE team and Quant Research team all need to do some customer service on call. Begin at 6 AM. No additional compensation. Punishment will incur if you do not respond timely. Totally waste of time if you want to learn something. No work-life balance at all. DO NOT EVER JOIN this company, you will be regretted! They promises much but give less.
