Thank you for the feedback, we unfortunately had to make some changes to the company structure which meant a small number of team members were let go at this time. The management team went through a strenuous decision-making process as to which employees and their positions were to be changed. We had to choose based on the best outcome for the remaining team members, and the best performing team members who had made the most positive contribution to the company.
