Infinite Cons pasting few important: 1. Terminated 25% employees within first month of lockdown, introduced paycut(25-50%) for indefinite time for all employees without any official communication or email just informed on whatsapp call even without loss of any project, instead launched new products and signed many new projects. Just used this as opportunity to remove some people they were finding difficult to remove 2. After removing old employees now hiring lot of new employee(on low package) but not giving full salary to currently working people. 3. Spending lakhs of rs after lockdown for lavish office cabin and accessories but claim to be running low on cash. 4. They Ask employees to work 15 hours a day and consider this normal and they question those who work 9:30 hour a day why you are not working for 15 hour as it is your duty because you are paid to work as we say also they will ask you to do 30 hour job in 15 hour and will embarrass you if you miss it. No lunch and break time. 5. Scare employees with bad character certificate and ask them to not take salary after terminating them, even when someone goes after completing full notice period they share wrong feedback with 6. Though notice period is 2 months they won't let you go after you resign till you loose your current offer once you loose the offer they will hire your replacement and let you go only when you do not have a job offer. Most of the people have to give wrong excuse to leave company as they don't let go people 7. Task timelines are defined by taking minimum of any random number that comes in mind of the person giving you task and can change as per his current day mood. Mostly they are no where near the actual time required to complete. 8. Only developers are required to work 24 hours a day and still your manager will ask you to work more and ask you why you can not work for 15 hour, but they watch cricket match and use facebook at the same time, marketing team come discuss there personal issues,shopping list, offers and discount or do home business in office time but they do not have to fill any timelog they come and leave office as per the mood and get paid in five figures even without any work. 9. No Technical person at top, you are at your own, you won't get any help from seniors instead if you are better than them they will ensure to say wrong words about you and slowly they will create a wrong picture of you and in the end either you will leave out of self respect or will be terminated in the name of low performance. None of the person at top have any technical experience, all team leads are those who have start the career with the company and not able to find job in other company 10. Lot of office politics, those having good relationship with owners get promoted people will shout at you publicly even without your mistakes 11. Appraisal is based upon your negotiations, no performance sheet of matrix is defined or maintained. If they don't like you First they won't give you new tasks and than blame you that you are not doing good work. when you ask them if you have not done work assigned to you they will be blank and will tell you silly excuses about your lunch timing etc. 12. No leave policy or work from home policy, though on paper they claim to give you 12+6 leaves but they will never allow you to take them, even if you inform in advance about they still cancel it. When you apply for leave sometimes you will suddenly get priority tasks which will be priority only for the day you have applied for leave after that even if you won't solve them it will be ok for them

This company is honestly one of the most useless and exploitative places to work for employees. There are literally no employee benefits. No bonus, nothing… not even a Diwali bonus. Imagine being so chindi that you can’t even give your employees a basic festival bonus. To cut costs they even fired employees from higher positions. That tells you everything about how much they value people. And when it’s time for a salary hike, they ask you to sign a bond first — only then they’ll consider giving a hike. Like seriously? That’s not growth, that’s straight up trapping employees. People keep leaving this company and management had a whole meeting about why Gen Z employees are leaving. Their “solution”? Make all Saturdays off — but at what cost? 9.5 hours of working time. And during those 9.5 hours you can’t even properly take a tea break because tea is served at your desk so that you don’t stop working. Lunch is limited to 30 minutes only, which basically makes your office time 10 hours every single day. At this point they should just provide beds in the office so employees can sleep there too. Why even go home? It literally feels like my entire life is being spent inside the office. For a 4–5 LPA job they expect people to give their whole day, their health, and their sanity. This isn’t even about money anymore — it’s about basic human respect and health. Sitting 10 hours daily with no proper breaks is ruining eyes, posture, back, even knees. And it doesn’t end there. They also expect employees to provide support on holidays if something breaks in production. For a 4–5 LPA salary they want you to cancel your plans and be available anytime. If you refuse? They indirectly threaten your job. There is zero professionalism here. When someone resigns, they intentionally create problems during exit — bad experience letters, bad reviews — almost like punishment for leaving. The company keeps losing employees but still refuses to hire enough people. In a normal product company you would have proper teams — backend, iOS, R&D, etc. with at least 8–10 people. Here? Maybe 4 people handling the entire backend while the company expects the workload of a full team. And the product itself reflects this mess. It’s basically built on patches and bug fixes. No proper architecture. No planning. No CI/CD. Anyone can push code. No structured code reviews. Developers are expected to: - Understand vague requirements - Develop the feature - Test it themselves - Deploy it themselves - And also handle production support Basically one person doing the work of an entire team. This company thrives because it operates in places like Indore where they can easily find cheap fresher labour. During hiring they sugarcoat everything and talk about “focused employees”. What they actually mean is people who will silently work 10 hours a day without questioning anything. They romanticize overtime but never mention it clearly during hiring. Freshers, please don’t fall into this trap. If they are hiring you, it’s not just because you are capable — it’s because freshers are easier to exploit. Honestly one of the most exploitative workplaces I have seen.
