Vantaggi
-The overwhelming majority of junior people are great people to work with & work extremely hard. -It is a good foot in the door for someone who wants to learn about the programmatic/advertising industry.
Svantaggi
-More toxic & gossipy than a middle school lunch room, and it comes straight from the top. Management has a select few people that they favor and lend their ear to, and everyone else is an outsider. There's a reason that there's massive turnover at the mid/junior levels while upper-management has been entrenched for years. -They are a sales organization masquerading as thought-leaders in advertising. The whole company structure is set up to churn deals as fast as possible, which is fine. But, they become lost when they have to deliver actual results for clients. -Part of this problem is the "products" that Digilant builds in-house. Most of them add little value to actual campaign performance & oftentimes are abandoned several months after they're jubilantly announced. -Culture of burnout. C-level people love to talk about how hard they work, and it makes lower-level employees feel bad for shutting their computers at 5:30. -The stress level seems to run at a constant 8 out of 10. To some degree, it's the nature of the business, but management could do a better job ratcheting things down... it's just display ads after all.
