They will try putting you in different tasks until you learn or quit, so if you are not a quitter you will surely learn, thats good right ??

1) Repetitive work
2) Less and lesser of personal life
3) Dragging burden of unnecessary promises
4) No Professionalism (home like arguments)
5) Late Salaries, why not after 20, its common
6) Forget your full and final settlement, you are never gonna get that
7) Assigning irrelevant tasks to irrelevant people of different domains
Found no pros as such except weekend off that too because employees will not ask for salary on weekends.

Even a full notepad will be less if you list down all the cons but here are few :
1. Extremely late salaries (Almost after 1.8 months)
2. No increments
3. Hopeless Management
4. No HR policies
5. Employees are blamed for everything
6. Lot of political atmosphere
7. Management always tell that how much the company suffers, and blames everything on the employees.
8. Management expects you to work on multiple platforms, without any salary hike
9. Those who lick the feels of the CEO is a very good employee.
