No negatives I can think of

That level of trust and teamwork creates a positive and productive working environment. The clients and projects are equally professional and engaging. Every project I’ve worked on has presented its own unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Beyond the technical aspects, collaborating with international teams has been particularly rewarding, providing valuable exposure to different perspectives, work styles, and cultures. Another aspect I greatly appreciate is the flexibility of the work schedule. It allows for an excellent work-life balance while maintaining a high level of productivity and responsibility.
